lpv:spoken text	"As regards the López-Istúriz White/Parvanova () Report on Mutual recognition of protection measures in civil matters I have decided to vote in favour of this report as in some EU Member States protection orders fall under the field of civil (as opposed to criminal) law. A vote in favour of this report enables the free movement of civil protection measures when a person protected by the measure travels to or moves to another Member State. While I am not in favour of extending the scope of the EU into civil law, this deals with mutual recognition and will help the most vulnerable in our society."@en1
