lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this report as it rejects calls by Greens/EFA members to adopt a 40-45 % renewable energy target for 2030. It is clear that we cannot continue to use fossil fuels in the way that we have been and we must combat the problem of global warming and climate change by setting serious goals with regard to renewable energy. Not only will the use of renewable energy help the environment, but investing in renewables will create jobs and boost the economy. Plaid Cymru’s policy for a national powerhouse for green energy would enable this to happen."@en1
