lpv:spoken text	"Despite difficulties in EU-Ukraine relations I welcome moves to make it cheaper and easier to get visas between Ukraine and the EU, which will increase communication and information exchange. With this new measure, I hope that democratic development and the promotion of human rights will be facilitated. The agreement reached will help lorry drivers, journalists and relatives of EU citizens to travel more freely between Ukraine and the EU. However, it must be recognised that there are still severe problems regarding the discrimination of LGBT people in Ukraine and the report stresses that no further liberalisation will take place until homophobic legislation is withdrawn and civil liberties are upheld in the country."@en1
