lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report. The Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance is an important instrument for citizens. Consultations with Member States have meant that it is now necessary to make changes to certain Annexes to the Convention. The report recommended speedy approval of the changes so the Convention can enter into force as soon as possible. Child support is an important issue for my constituents in Wales as well as for citizens across Europe."@en1
