lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report as the current system does not provide any rules regarding the treatment of vouchers. Some Member States’ actions have resulted in mismatches in taxation – potentially generating double or non-taxation. Uncertainty about the correct tax procedures for voucher transactions can be problematic for cross-border and chain transactions. A harmonised and clarified set of rules regarding VAT treatment of vouchers in the EU goes towards correcting these problems. In Wales people use a lot of vouchers, either as individuals or as part of a business or company; thus it is important that rules on VAT on vouchers are clear and fair so that everyone is getting a just deal."@en1
