lpv:spoken text	"I fully support this interim report, which details the European Parliament’s position on the content of the Commission’s upcoming proposal for a Council Regulation on streamlining procedures in financial assistance between the eurozone and non-euro countries. Suggested measures include strengthening Parliament’s role as an overseer – particularly as the EU budget is the ultimate collateral for the new instrument – and ensuring that the new facility is in line with the updated Stability and Growth Pact. It is important for closer unity to be established between such financial structures, so that non-eurozone Member States facing fiscal uncertainty have access to similar assistance to those whose currency is the euro."@en1
