So I, like others, would urge you to look at the injection site, as the pain relief seems to be being absorbed before it gets to the site where it is most needed, which is in the peripheral SMEs. Currently, it is also important to ensure that the inflation target is not overshot. In the game of averages, it must be ‘win some, lose some’, not always ‘win, win’ or ‘lose, lose’, depending on where you are. Finally, I know that transparency and central banking do not always lie comfortably together and that covert operations play a part, but experience is now suggesting that, on balance, disclosure about ELA operations is needed. This forbearance on the issue of supervision reinforces the greater need for transparency."@en1
