lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of the report, which reflected a broad agreement between all groups in Parliament and which will assist developing countries internationally who have been hit disproportionately in the wake of the global financial crisis. My group was able to amend some aspects of the report, putting more emphasis on green technology, recognising that developing countries suffer disproportionately in many financial disputes with investors, and including binding clauses on environmental, labour, and human rights standards. As a Fair Trade nation these issues are important to Wales."@en1
