"This report is in essence a pilot for wider CFP reform, which I wholeheartedly welcome. Fish stocks in EU waters are declining dramatically as a result of the failure of the CFP. My London constituency is home to one of the largest fish markets in the world and, without reform of the CFP to make fishing in the EU sustainable for the long-term future, that business and livelihood will not be around for the thousands of people who depend on it."@en1
