lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report because it will allow ENISA to make considerable improvements on travel efficiencies. A study carried out by ENISA on the use of an Athens branch office shows that the remote location of Crete is a fundamental weakness of the Agency, with two main effects – on travel inefficiencies and the recruitment/retention of staff. The Athens branch office brings a total efficiency gain and a saving of EUR 352 000 per year. It is important that we make savings to the EU budget where and when we can. This is especially important in the current climate, when the Council wants to cut the budget. It is not in the Welsh national interest to cut the budget, as we are net beneficiaries."@en1
