lpv:spoken text	"This joint resolution, which calls for the Commission, the Council and the Member States to strengthen the fight against racism, xenophobia and hate crimes, has my full support. Discrimination is a widespread problem throughout the EU but many incidents go unreported and perpetrators are not punished. It is essential that the framework decision for racism and xenophobia is revised to include religious issues, intolerance against Roma and sexual orientation, so that all kinds of behaviour aimed at inciting violence or hatred are criminalised. All forms of racism, xenophobia and hate crimes are completely incompatible with the EU’s values and principles, and action must be taken to combat all forms of discrimination."@en1
