lpv:spoken text	"I have decided to vote in favour of this mandate for trialogue because, although these reports are far from perfect, I think any delay in the CAP timetable would have devastating consequences. I hope Parliament’s negotiating team manages to achieve a result which represents the wishes of this House. I want to see a CAP reform which is fit for purpose, reduces red tape, and demands a viable prosperous future for Europe’s agri-food sector. I expect to see negotiations which are transparent and timely. I wish the Irish Presidency luck in securing a good deal for all of Ireland, and its farmers and those communities which rely on the CAP for their survival."@en1
