lpv:spoken text	"Mr President, my colleague talks about integrity, but maybe he would like to comment on the integrity of the EU in its last foray into professional football – the Bosman ruling – which I would say has probably caused some of the problem. What it has done is taken the wealth from a lot of the smaller clubs and transferred it to the bigger clubs and created overpaid footballers, and underpaid footballers at a grassroots level. That is where the people who are involved in organised crime are actually attacking lower paid footballers. It is in the lower leagues that this match-fixing is taking place. The Bosman ruling – an EU ruling – has created that problem."@en1
