lpv:spoken text	"The State of the Environment report from the European Environmental Agency states that the EU is moving away from, rather than towards, sustainability. This is unacceptable and must be rectified. I voted in favour of this communication. The proposals will ensure that better knowledge and responsiveness in dealing with the problems will improve the delivery of EU environment measures. Constituents and businesses in Wales send me a great deal of correspondence concerning sustainability measures in the EU; the regulations need to be clearer at EU level in order to make sure that we are moving towards a more sustainable future."@en1
