lpv:spoken text	"Madam President, I voted in favour of the Two Pack to improve economic governance in the eurozone. It is right and proper that countries sharing a single currency should work together with the Commission on their budgets. We will not achieve sustainable growth in jobs on the back of uncontrollable public deficits. However, closer monitoring of national budgets must uphold the EU’s values and objectives, and must go hand-in-hand with greater solidarity within the eurozone. I therefore welcome in particular the emphasis on respecting social dialogue and national wage systems, the enhanced role for MEPs, the commitment to speeding up the fight against tax fraud and tax evasion, the commitment to the implementation of the 2012 employment package and a commitment to examine ways of better reconciling our productive investment needs with fiscal consolidation. Finally, I warmly welcome the agreement to establish an expert group to study the partial mutualisation of debt in the form of redemption funds and eurobills."@en1
