They say these should be allowed only with the main speakers. The reason I ask is because I have to catch a train very shortly, and the timing of the whole thing has been drawn out extensively as a result of the very interesting catch-the-eye procedures with blue cards lately. Can we know in future whether blue cards are permitted during the catch-the-eyes or not? You seem to think that they are, and fine, I like that, but other Presidents take a different view."@en1
