The report again calls for greater democratic legitimacy and transparency in the process around how the Annual Growth Survey proposals are put together. The report also criticises short term austerity policies which I believe are damaging Europe. There is a message in this report of a more measured approach focused on growth rather than savage cuts. It also emphasises the importance of the Youth Guarantee."@en1
