lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report, which calls on the Commission to recognise the change in demographics due to an ageing population across the EU. Europeans are living much longer than they used to, and it is important that we take steps to ensure that older people have access to a wealth of opportunities and support. As the fastest growing age group in Europe, older members of society should be able to live active and independent lives and have access to adequate health care and employment options. It is also vital for the EU to lead the fight against age discrimination and for older European citizens to take their place in society on equal terms, which is why I voted for this report."@en1
