lpv:spoken text	"I believe that this report greatly strengthens the common fisheries policy and this is the reason why I voted in favour of it. Sustainability is a very important issue with regard to fishing and I fully support the establishment of a legally binding obligation with regard to the maximum sustainable yield. Along with this, the discard ban would be a major step forward for the common fisheries policy, although this should be done on a gradual basis for practical reasons."@en1
