Because I am also a rapporteur on the Horizon 2020 project I can see the necessity of combining both structural funds, project funding and leverage of private funding. For this to occur and have an effect on the economy of the European Union, innovation must be allowed to flourish in the area of financial instruments. Much more has to be done."@en1
