lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this resolution. I have worked closely in recent years with the Welsh farming unions and with consumer groups on better labelling. Studies have shown that it is what consumers want. In Wales we have top quality produce and people increasingly want to buy Welsh and buy local. That means they have to know the origin of products. The Commission must act on this without delay. The fact that the UK Government is opposed to this demonstrates once again that the UK does not act in the Welsh national interest."@en1
