lpv:spoken text	"I voted for this own-initiative report by my colleague in the Group because more work is needed to tackle biopiracy. This is a major problem in developing countries. We should have respect for genetic resources and traditional knowledge in these countries which are essential for sustainable agriculture and food security. We in Wales respect diversity, whether cultural, biological or genetic. We are also acutely aware of the rights of farmers in developing countries as well as the rights of indigenous communities. I know this from the many constituents who contact me on development and human rights issues."@en1
