lpv:spoken text	"This report on the implementation and application of the European Union Solidarity Fund has my support. The EUSF, which grants aid to provide much needed support for a variety of different natural disasters, has proven to be a successful instrument on the whole, although some shortcomings have been identified. I voted for this report because I believe it is a positive step towards addressing some of these shortcomings, hopefully resulting in a clarification of the access criteria, particularly regarding regional disasters, and a reduction in bureaucracy for the mobilisation of the fund."@en1
