"I voted for this report to support the ongoing negotiations between the EU and Russia whilst drawing attention at the same time to the failure of Russia to adopt democratic values. People in Wales, like people throughout Europe, were shocked at the imprisonment of the members of the band Pussy Riot and an amendment from my group calling for their release was overwhelmingly adopted."@en1
