lpv:spoken text	"I voted in favour of this report including on an amendment that the EU should do more to abolish the death penalty. This is an issue on which I receive many letters from constituents and in particular from churches in Wales. I co-signed Amendment 2 on respect for human rights in Western Sahara and expressing concern at the deteriorating situation there and I was pleased that Parliament adopted this amendment. There is a very active Western Sahara campaign based in Wales and I work closely with them."@en1
