"I voted against the report as it means that once again we will face a shortfall of at least EUR 9 billion in 2013. This year programmes such as Erasmus have been deprived of funds as a result of under budgeting in the 2012 budget. Last year 630 students and 112 staff members from Wales took part in the Erasmus programme; we must ensure that there is enough money in the 2013 budget for this to continue."@en1
