lpv:spoken text	"I voted against this agreement as I share the concerns of many across Europe, and in Wales, my own constituency, that it will fail to improve people’s lives in the countries concerned, and may indeed have a negative effect. I also share the concerns of human rights groups, churches, NGOs, trades unions and others that this agreement is not the right means by which to bring proper sustainable development to this region, in a way that is equitable and will help the poorest. We are grateful to those NGOs who work tirelessly to improve people’s lives in Central America. In this context I want to mention the Wales Nicaragua Solidarity Campaign for its work in promoting social and economic justice and fair trade over many years, in partnership with local organisations."@en1
