lpv:spoken text	"Solidarity is one of the values of the EU. Regional and cohesion policy from which Wales benefits so much is a reflection of that. I believe that it is important we show this same solidarity to our neighbours, one of whom is Georgia, a country which faced economic collapse following the fall of the Soviet Empire. I voted in favour of granting macro-financial assistance to Georgia. As they are included in the European Neighbourhood Policy, the EU will be able to make sure this money is invested in the best possible way to develop Georgia’s economy for the benefit of its citizens."@en1
