lpv:spoken text	"During my time as an MEP, I have continuously called for better labelling so that Welsh consumers are able to make an informed decision about their purchases. I hope that the new Energy Star labelling scheme, which I voted in favour of establishing today, will allow offices to choose equipment which contributes to ambitious energy efficiency targets. Last year, the Welsh Government launched a National Energy Efficiency and Savings Plan which forms part of Wales’ target of achieving a 30 % cut in carbon emissions by 2020. To achieve this, and even higher targets, we all need to change our behaviour. Better labelling gives us the tools and understanding to do this."@en1
