It legitimises NATO as a climate security force. It urges greater militarisation of Member States and therefore concomitant spending increases. I would remind you that the number one priority is to fight climate change through environmental planning of European policies. I would point out that it is not through militarisation and the destruction of public hospitals through absurd austerity policies that we will make people more secure.
