I reject the report because it promotes systematic implementation of military elements into climate policy, financing from the EU budget of military measures linked to climate change, and further closer coordination and cooperation of EU and NATO as well as a special focus on development of military capabilities, pooling and sharing, including the merge of civil and military assets and capabilities.
