lpv:translated text	"Mr President, I voted in favour of this report, even though it still contains many controversial issues, such as energy security, which is the most important for the Common Security and Defence Policy. I wish to highlight two particularly relevant aspects of the report: the security component is very important for the Union’s capacity to respond to natural disasters but the focus is primarily on civilian capabilities, and less on military capabilities. In addition, I would underline environmental best practices and their impact on security, namely the European Defence Agency’s GO GREEN project, which focuses on the importance of energy efficiency."@en1
