"I welcome this resolution. In order to maintain sustainable and long-term trade relations it is very important to constantly aim to adopt a solution that is mutually acceptable for the trading partners. It should be noted that in future it is crucial to ensure an adequate level of protection, to close all loopholes and preclude circumvention. Furthermore, an effective compensation mechanism should be established which would allow the introduction of tariff-rate quotas in certain specific cases."@en1
