lpv:translated text	"Mr President, I voted for this report as I believe it constitutes an acceptable solution for all trading partners involved. I believe that the adoption of this resolution will result in a satisfactory compensation agreement for all the parties involved. At the same time, raising the tariff concessions will even things out. Protection levels should also be increased so that the European Union’s trading partners can benefit via tariff-rate quotas. I wish to draw attention to the fact that a consistent policy is needed with regard to the substitution effects of imports affecting the Union’s poultry industry. I also suggest that the EU should simultaneously notify both countries upon conclusion of its internal procedures."@en1
