It is clearly no longer worth the paper it is written on. You have mentioned a number of specific measures, but I have a question for you about the Cohesion Fund. Limburg as a region needs special help, in view of the exceptional circumstances, and there are precedents: for example, Bavaria obtained an additional EUR 75 million under the current cohesion programme. Can Limburg also count on such assistance and will the Commission indicate that similar action will be taken in the short term?"@en1
