Therefore, Parliament should support the moratorium while we do not know its effects on the climate, the environment and health, because there are still not sufficient guarantees. Furthermore, public consultation and social acceptability should be ensured. Finally, thank you to the citizens who sent us mail to denounce the issue of hydraulic fracturing.
