lpv:spoken text	"I supported this report and the Commission Green Paper as a good first step in developing an integrated card, internet and mobile payment system across the EU, which should be based on high level of consumer protection. Consumer confidence is a key condition to the development of card and internet payment and for this there must be greater transparency in the pricing system for card payment services, with consideration given to EU-wide restrictions on these. I would, however, like to see the Commission ensure vulnerable consumers will not be excluded from new payment systems."@en1
