lpv:translated text	". − I voted in favour of this report on the Commission’s proposal for a regulation on the approval and market surveillance of two- or three-wheel vehicles and quadricycles. Certain current legal provisions have been found to be too complicated and so it is aimed to simplify the current legal framework and to establish new administrative and technical requirements, for example on environmental and safety aspects and market surveillance of the vehicles in question. Some of the main requirements also relate to emission reduction, improving road safety and taking better account of new technologies, such as L-category hybrid vehicles. I believe that the requirements would facilitate the transition to more efficient, safe and clean urban mobility."@en1
