In other words, trilogue negotiations begin without groups like our own – the Confederal Group of the European United Left – Nordic Green Left – having had the opportunity to table any proposals. In this way, this amendment to the European Parliament’s Rules of Procedure is aimed at limiting the ability of those that disagree with the majority in the European Parliament to intervene, make proposals and raise complaints.
