Indeed, it was adopted almost unanimously, which is to be welcomed. Without a doubt, it is much better for Russia to be in the World Trade Organisation than outside it, and it offers us a great opportunity to make progress for the good of Europe and for the good of Russia, that is if Russia adheres to the rules.
