It is therefore evident that strengthening SMEs can contribute to European economic recovery. I welcome the recommendations of the report: our business can be strengthened by initiatives such as reduction of the administrative burdens on SMEs, assessing the efficiency of existing support services and developing forms of partnership as well as programmes offering training to young entrepreneurs.
