lpv:translated text	"On 23 October 2012, the EP adopted a resolution designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs are the driving force of the European economy and represent one of our best chances to boost the creation of welcome jobs in this time of crisis. I am therefore delighted that Parliament has voted in favour of this resolution, which highlights a few essential measures for the development of the European economic fabric: reducing administrative burdens, facilitating access to loans of less than EUR 25 000, setting up an Erasmus programme for young entrepreneurs, etc. As part of the negotiations for the new multiannual financial framework, the EP has also decided to recommend an increase in the budget allocated to SMEs."@en1
