lpv:spoken text	"On Tuesday 23 October, I voted in support of designating 2013 as the European Year of Citizens. I believe this will be a key starting point in removing the obstacles to people fully utilising their rights as European citizens. Throughout the year, the European Year of Citizens will aim to educate the general public on what it means to be a EU citizen, especially those who decide to work, study or open a business in another Member State. It will also focus on cross-border healthcare and passenger and consumer rights. Thanks to this initiative, UK citizens will be fully aware of what it means to be a citizen of Europe and how they can personally benefit."@en1
