lpv:translated text	"I voted in favour of discharge in respect of the budget of the European Medicines Agency for the financial year 2010, as it has met the requirements laid down by Parliament. These requirements were proposed by Parliament on 10 May 2012 owing to the need to ensure that documentation relating to recruitment was correctly managed. Parliament postponed the discharge for the financial year 2009 for a similar reason. The EMA has improved its documentation control systems and has undertaken to carry out periodic assessments of the recruitment process. In my opinion, the Agency has met Parliament’s requirements and I therefore voted in favour of discharge."@en1
