I think that it is very important that a percentage of the European Regional Development Fund and the Cohesion Fund for the next period be reallocated to risk-sharing instruments. This transfer must be done correctly and must be subject to suitable and effective controls. Moreover, the inclusion in the budget of the provisions regarding own resources will lead to useful and welcome changes in the distribution between Member States of their own resources contributions to the EU budget. Informing Parliament about this procedure should be a priority."@en1
