lpv:translated text	"I approve of the regulation on European Social Entrepreneurship Funds (EuSEFs), as set out in this report. Working out access to the fund, its areas of application and the conditions for its use are necessary steps in order to make the EuSEF into a tool for entrepreneurial development and growth which meets the needs of users as closely as possible, and to ensure that its organisation is transparent. Moreover, the EuSEF must be one of the levers to develop the European Union’s economy and must be used according to the criteria of efficiency and efficacy that guide us in selecting helpful ways to overcome this crisis."@en1
