lpv:translated text	"I voted for this report because I think that social objectives have an increasingly important role to play for investors, along with financial ones. In fact, against this background, creating a European sector for social investment and setting up an appropriate legal framework are necessary steps. I think that adopting the regulation will increase investors’ confidence in the relevant funds. At the same time, I welcome it because it will cut costs and simplify administrative formalities. The presence of uniform criteria and rules applicable to European Social Entrepreneurship Funds will also boost confidence. I should highlight the fact that effective monitoring is required of compliance with the rules. This will ensure that the regulation is consistent and enable it to be applied accordingly. In this regard, I should stress the importance of cooperation between Member States’ relevant authorities."@en1
