He has done an enormous amount of work from the outset to establish a strategy for the Atlantic region in general. We already have one for the Baltic Sea and the Danube and, as he has said, we have marvellous opportunities to do a lot for this region, especially for industries based on the sea, sea sport, job creation and specifically to promote coastal areas.
