I think we should be pragmatic and decisive in trying to achieve that. However, I would like to underline – and I know the Commissioner does not take a different view – that when we proceed we must ensure we do not create new unions within the Union, because that would lead to fragmentation which would be contrary to what we want: namely, better supervision and greater stability.
