lpv:translated text	"Having regard to Council Regulations (EC) Nos 2008/97, 779/98 and 1506/98 on imports of olive oil and other agricultural products from Turkey, and in view of the fact that the bulk of the legislation in the field of the common commercial policy is currently being aligned to Articles 290 and 291 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union (TFEU) by means of two trade ‘omnibuses’, it is now necessary to align these regulations with the post-Lisbon regime of implementing acts and delegated acts (Articles 290 and 291 TFEU). I voted for the proposal in the hope that the right of scrutiny concerning such implementing acts will stay with the Committee on International Trade and not be passed on to the Committee on Agriculture."@en1
